Gem Show 2026
Espero hayan tenido un buen inicio de año. Aquí en la Granja de Perlas, nos hemos mantenido ocupados, y estamos listos para compartir las noticias con ustedes.
Primero lo primero, se avecina el Gem Show de Tucson (Tucson Gem, Mineral and Fossil Showcase), unos de los eventos gemológicos más grandes del mundo. En este evento se concentran gemólogos, coleccionistas, académicos y mineros de todo el mundo trayendo las gemas más icónicas y únicas.
Por supuesto eso incluye la gema de reconocimiento internacional y única en su categoría: las Perlas del Mar de Cortez.
Por 28 años, los socio-fundadores de la Granja de Perlas del Mar de Cortez han participado en este evento, reintroduciendo una de las gemas más antiguas al mundo moderno. Las fotos que les compartimos son del evento del 2025, dónde además tuvieron un evento de exposición por fuera del Gem Show.
Si van a estar por estos rumbos, o ya tienen planes de visitar el Show de Gemas, los invitamos a descubrir esta gema sin igual, y adquirir la suya.

Piezas para San Valentín
Ya estando a finales de Enero, se empieza a sentir que el amor está en el aire, y nunca es demasiado pronto para comprar ese regalo perfecto para tu ser querido.
Escoger bien ese regalo requiere poner atención y cuidado en la compra, debe ser algo significativo y les traemos estas propuestas de dijes mabe clásicos…
La perla Mabe es un tipo de perla que crece pegada a la concha de las ostras, permitiendo una mayor superficie para apreciar los tonos iridiscentes y únicos de nuestras perlas. Con el día de San Valentín ya próximo, les tenemos listos estos dos diseños óptimos para la ocasión.
En primera, el corazón simétrico para los que buscan lo más clásico. Es relativamente pequeño, simétrico y la perla mabe tiene tonos rosados y morados, con un leve halo verde esmeralda.

O, si prefieren un dije más grande y llamativo, tenemos el corazón asimétrico, con tonos similares, con un halo más tirando al azul y dorado, así como un cuarzo rosado “ojo de gato” para resaltar los colores de la mabe.

Gem Show 2026
I hope everyone has had a good start of the year. Here at the Pearl Farm, we’ve kept busy as usual, and we’re ready to share the news with you.
First on the menu is the annual Tucson Gem, Mineral, and Fossil Showcase. This is one of the largest gem events in the world, featuring jewelers, collectors, scholars and miners from all over the world, showing off some of the world’s most unique gems.
Which of course, includes the internationally acclaimed, and only of its kind: the Sea of Cortez Pearls.
Going on 28 years now, the Sea of Cortez Pearl Farm founders have held their own exhibit at the gem show, reintroducing one of the world’s most ancient gems back to the modern world.
If you’re in the area or plan to visit the GJX venue, we invite you to come and visit, see for yourself this rare one-of-a-kind gem, and acquire your own.
GJX opens: Feb 2nd - 7th, 2026 at Granada st. in downtown Tucson.
